Custom Optical Lens Manufacturer
From single elements to coated assemblies — the line behind 5,000+ lens types.
Lens Capability
Element types
Biconvex, plano-convex, plano-concave, biconcave, meniscus (positive and negative), glued achromatic doublets and cemented triplets. Aspheric surfaces on request. Materials from BK7 and fused silica through high-index SF types and IR glasses on program.
Coatings
Single and broadband AR from the UV through IR bands, beamsplitter partials, notch and protective stacks. Coating spectra measured per run on the spectrophotometer and shipped with the lot.
Assemblies
Lens barrels, eyepiece groups and objective assemblies arrive aligned, spaced and tested — the capability behind our own monocular, scope and telescope platforms. If your instrument needs an optical sub-assembly that behaves to drawing, this is the line.
Verification
ZYGO and VECCO interferometers for surface figure, diameter meters for radius, centration and transmitted-wavefront checks per drawing class. The tolerance conversation happens with the metrology in the same building.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cheapest way to test a design?
Standard-substrate prototypes with modest tolerances — a fast, low-NRE lane that proves the function before you commit to production figure and coating specs.
Do you support small batches of production parts?
Yes. Low-hundred quantities on repeatable designs is the program lane most industrial buyers live in; price breaks stack from there.
Can you do the assembly as well as the glass?
Yes — mounting, spacing, blackening and alignment are in-house. Component-to-instrument is the factory's native mode.
